The $3.9 billion Cosmopolitan Hotel was completed in December of 2010, and features 2,995 rooms, a 110,000 sq. ft. casino, 300,000 sq. ft. of retail and restaurant space, a massive spa and fitness facility, and a 3,200-seat theater.
There are three pools, all with views unlike any others, tennis courts in the Chelsea Tower, two outdoor dog runs, a FedEx Office Print and Ship Center, and a concierge to assist with planning entertainment events.
There are very few Cosmopolitan condos available, as most of the original condos available for sale were absorbed by the hotel before construction on the entire project was completed. There were, however, very few hold-outs that decided to close their purchase transaction, and those units sometimes come up for resale. In the last 24 months, there have only been three sales transactions at The Cosmopolitan.
Condominiums at The Cosmopolitan are priced from $750,000 to over $1,300,000.
