Mountain’s Edge began construction right in the middle of the boom of 2005, and although the community saw hard times during the subsequent down-turn, it has rebounded nicely and is becoming the community that it was always supposed to be.
The southwest area of the Las Vegas valley is home to the 3,000-acre community of Mountain’s Edge, developed by Focus Commercial Group. Once completed, Mountain’s Edge will be home to 30,000 people and 12,500 residences.
The community amenities include neighborhood parks, a community clubhouse with swimming pools, party rooms, basketball courts, playgrounds, workout areas and barbecue facilities on 500 acres of common areas.
Mountain’s Edge real estate is priced from the mid-$100,000 to the high-$500,000’s.
